This book is great for beginning Paleo dieters. It contains a few more contemporary ingredients, but they are healthy ones. I am so pleased I have a copy! My sister bought cookbook a while back, and had recommended it to me. What can I say? I was dragging my feet for a while about getting it. Now that I have it, I’m grateful that she pushed me so hard.

There are some really delicious dishes that the majority of people will like, including the Chicken and Peanut Stew – so, so delicious! The dishes are really easy to follow, too. It doesn’t hurt that they are for the slow cooker, either.:).

One thing I need to compliment the publisher on – the format is great for Kindle. I have actually had difficulty with cookbooks in the past, but this one is perfect. The photos are a huge plus, too.
